Contemporary Spanish restaurant OLA Cocina del Mar will be hosting a once-off wine brunch event terratoria OLA on 12 March 2017 from 12pm to 4pm that will see OLA’s Chef Daniel Chavez work in collaboration with Chef Seita Nakahara of Michelin-starred Terra by Seita to put together a culinary ode to the rustic Italian trattoria.
A complete departure from their usual styles, the menu will feature dishes like pesce a scapece (pickled fish), supplì al telefono (fried rice balls filled with mozzarella) and agnolotti dal plin from Chef Seita, while Spanish-trained Chef Daniel will take on fresh, sustainably-sourced seafood OLA is known for to another country to dish up fare like frito misto, grilled sardines, carpaccio and seafood soup, in an homage to the delicious, tasty comfort food of Italy.
