Tribeca Tipple

Tribeca Tipple is a mini artisanal wine and spirits fair that will take place on 22 and 23 January 2022 at Tribeca Bar & Bistro.

If you’re missing a wine or spirits exhibition, you may want to check out the upcoming Tribeca Tipple. Organised by wine distributor 5 Somewhere and spirits consultancy Distilled LLP, Tribeca is a mini wine and spirits fair that will take place on 22-23 January 2022 at Tribeca Bar & Bistro located in The Grandstand, 200 Turf Club Road.

This cosy curated exhibition will feature a range of fun wines and artisanal spirits for tasting. Spirits showcased include Código 1530 Tequila, Six Saints Rum, Old Young’s Vodka, Black Cow Vodka, Wolfburn Whisky, High West Whiskey, among others. Wines on offer cover the New World and Old World spectrum.

Visitors get to experience these booze offerings via tasting flights – priced at S$68 – of their choice. Each experience includes five tasting samples of the preferred flight and a full-size option from the tasting menu selection, and includes nibbles such as Truffle Fries, Mini Beef Burgers, and Chicken Wings. Flights aren’t limited to single experiences, you can add on more flights for S$38.

For example, their red wine flight takes you on a journey of tasting off-the-beaten-path wines such as South African Pinotage, Italian Barbera d’Alba, French Pinot Noir, Australian Grenache, and Chilean Carmenere. Alternatively, the white wine flight option puts together Chilean Viognier Riserva, McLarenvale Riesling, French Aligote, Italian Catarato, and the classic Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

For the adventurous, there’s a ‘Best of 5’ that offers Italian Mieru 14, Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, South African Pinotage, and Italian Barbera d’Alba in a single flight.

All tastings are limited to 90-minute slots, with each table seating up to a maximum of 5 vaccinated persons.
