Once in a while our friends at the Tippling Club like to throw themed parties in a series called “Once Upon A Time In…” which we really dig. This time round it’s with guest bartender Tom Hogan for “Once Upon A Time In America” on Thursday 13 October 2016 from 7pm.
Two-time The Bar Awards Bartender of the Year winner and cocktail extraordinaire Tom Hogan earlier this year left Swissotel The Stamford‘s Anti:Dote, and “Once Upon A Time in America” looks to be Hogan’s first public guest-tending shift ever since he joined spirits distribution company Proof & Co as a spirits evangelist. This time round at Tippling Club Hogan will take revellers on an all-American cocktail and culinary journey inspired the the windy city of Chicago.
