Épernay in France is best known as the Champagne capital of the world and home to many of the world’s most celebrated Champagne houses, and so it’s no surprise for the next instalment of the “Once Upon A Time In…” series of themed parties by our friends at the Tippling Club to swing to that part of northern France on Monday 14 December 2015 from 7pm at Tippling Club’s Bin 38 private event space.
“Once upon a time in Épernay” will feature the champagnes from the maison of Perrier-Jouët – which owns over 260 acres of vineyards in the Champagne region and produces about 3 million bottles of vintage and non-vintage cuvee annually – that will be paired with the amazing food from the kitchen of Tippling Club’s award-winning chef Ryan Clift.
Perrier-Jouët champagnes showcased at the event include the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, Perrier-Jouët Rosé, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, and the Belle Epoque Rosé. Tipping Club head bartender Kamil Foltan will also be putting together two champagne-based cocktails to wet your whistle.
