As part of World Gourmet Summit 2019’s lineup of gastronomic events, OSO Ristorante at Oasia Hotel Downtown will be hosting “The Macallan Spiritual Home Evening”, a whisky dinner on Wednesday 3 April 2019 from 6pm to 10pm.
The Macallan Spiritual Home refers to the Easter Elchies House on The Macallan’s property, from which the whisky brand draws inspiration for its recently unveiled new distillery. This whisky feature the following whiskies to pair with the Italian dishes from OSO Ristorante’s chef-owner Diego Chiarini:
- The Macallan 12YO Triple Cask
- The Macallan 12YO Double Cask
- The Macallan 12YO Sherry Oak
- The Macallan Rare Cask
