Italian restaurant and lounge Zafferano will be holding its next Italian Champagne brunch on Saturday 26 January 2019 from 12pm to 3pm featuring a touch of the Lunar New Year.
Zafferano‘s beloved monthly Champagne brunch, specially created by Head Chef Emanuele Faggi, takes a festive turn for Chinese New Year with an ode to festive traditions practiced by both Italian and Chinese cultures. With 2019 ringing in the Year of the Pig, Chef Faggi will present crispy skinned Porchetta, a time-honoured dish often presented as the center-piece on many Italian’s home dining tables during festive occasions, as well as Wholesome Chicken Broth with Tortellino, a soulful dish inspired by the traditional Chinese dumpling soup.
This Italian Table Champagne brunch costs S$128++ per person with unlimited pouring of Champagne, spumante, beer, house wines, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, or S$98++ per person with free flow of Spumante, beer, house wine, juices and soft drinks.
