The Bruichladdich x Tippling Club “A Barley Exploration Pairing Dinner” on Wednesday 26 February 2020 will see the Islay whiskies of Bruichladdich and cocktails paired with the exquisite grub from the bar restaurant.
Embark on a discovery of provenance and craftsmanship through unexpected and explosive flavour combinations in a five-courses cocktail pairing dinner featuring five exceptional Islay single malt Scotch expressions from Bruichladdich at “A Barley Exploration Pairing Dinner” by Tippling Club. Hosted by Bruichladdich regional brand ambassador and Islay native Chloe Wood and Tippling Club’s head
bartender Andrew Loudon and Chef-Owner Ryan Clift, this dinner will bring you through an understanding of how the provenance of barley matters in the making of whisky.

These tipples will be accompanied by exquisite bites from Tippling Club’s Head Chef Ayo Adeyemi, such as “King Salmon with wasabi sabayon and gomae sesame”, “Parsnip Veloute with cuttlefish, apple, and wild oxalis”, as well as “Ploughman’s Lunch of Scottish oat cake, smoked kurobuta ham and “branston” pickle”.
