Online wine merchant ChateauAsia will be collaborating with in collaboration with Janice Wong for a unique champagne and dim sum pairing on Thursday 1 December 2016 from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.
Singaporean chef and patisserie extraordinaire Janice Wong will be sharing her passion for food with a customised full four-course tasting menu to be paired with champagne. Champagnes featured in this pairing dinner include:
- Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2007
- Taittinger Prelude
- Perrier Jouet Blason Rose
- Ruinart Blanc de Blancs
