Organised in conjunction with The Straits Wine Company, French eatery Nicolas Le Restaurant will be hosting a wine dinner on Monday 21 August 2017 at 7.30pm that will feature the wines of Champagne Drappier.
8th generation family scion of Champagne Drappier, Charlene Drappier, will be on hand during this 5-course wine pairing dinner to present her family’s wines which hail from the Aube region in the southernmost reaches of Champagne.
