Katnook Estate Wine Dinner at Botanico

As part of 1-Group’s Wine Lust Journeys series of wine events, Botanico at The Garage will be collaborating with wine retailer Crystal Wines to host a wine dinner on Wednesday 20 August 2017 at 6.30pm featuring the wines of Australia’s Katnook Estate.
Based in Coonawarra, South Australia, Katnook is home to some of Australia’s finest terra rossa vineyards. This elegant 5-course wine pairing dinner will hosted by Katnook sommelier Raphael Viale, who will present a range of award-winning Katnook Estate wines paired with the contemporary- bistro seasonality-driven cuisine of Botanico.
