Clarendon Hills wine dinner

Wine Exchange Asia will be hosting a wine dinner at New Ubin Seafood on Friday 22 April 2016 from 7.30pm that will feature wines from South Australian winery Clarendon Hills.

Founded by Roman Bratasiuk in 1990, Clarendon Hills is based south of Adelaide in the McLaren Vale wine region of South Australia. The winery focuses on single vineyard wines, allowing the grapes from each vineyard site to express itself into the wines. This wine dinner will focus on Clarendon Hills’ Brookman vineyard site of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varietals across the 2005, 2006 and 2007 vintages.
