Festa Della Repubblica Italiana – Basilico gala wine dinner

As part of Regent Singapore’s Festa Della Repubblica Italiana series of events celebrating Italy’s Republic Day, its flagship Italian restaurant Basilico will be hosting a special 8-hands wine dinner on Friday 3 June 2022.
The Festa Della Repubblica Italiana Basilico gala wine dinner will bring together the best of Italy, including art, music, wine, and of course, food. The evening’s programme will commence with pre-dinner entertainment provided by pianist maestro Manual Cini; at the same time, dinner guests can browse through a collection of contemporary art by Laura Caretta.
Guests will then move on to Basilico for a 8-hands wine pairing dinner helmed by Regent Singapore’s three Italian chefs – Angelo Ciccone, Executive Chef; Luca Beccalli, Executive Sous Chef; and Valerio Pierantonelli, Basilico Head Chef – who will be joined by Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, Massimo Pasquarelli.
