Ginett Bordeaux wine workshop

Casual French bistro Ginett at Hotel G Singapore – one of our favourite wine watering holes – will be hosting a wine workshop on Saturday 16 March 2019 from 4pm to 6pm that will guide participants through wines from Bordeaux.

In the first of a series of wine workshops, Ginett’s newest sommelier Justine Le Merle will be guiding participants in a masterclass featuring the wines of France’s iconic winemaking region of Bordeaux. This will be an oenological exploration of Bordeaux’s left and right banks.

Wines to be tasted during this session are:

• Château De Landiras, Graves 2015
• Château Du Levant, Sauternes 2012
• Château Belles Graves, Lalande de Pomerol 2014
• Château Beau-Site, Saint-Estèphe 2011
• Château Malescasse, Haut-Médoc 2009
