An Italian Wine Experience with Sarment

In collaboration with wine distributor Sarment, modern Mediterranean restaurant Artemis Grill will be hosting The Italian Wine Collection and the Tuscan Dinner Experience, a wine tasting and dinner experience on Saturday 2 December 2017 at 6 August 2017.

The Italian Wine Collection is a comprehensive tasting of more than 40 exclusive Italian wines which have been specially curated by Sarment’s Michelin-starred sommeliers. As part of The Italian Wine Collection that will take place from 1.30pm to 6.30pm, guests will also enjoy complimentary masterclasses, food, and entertainment in the surrounds of one of Singapore’s most spectacular rooftop restaurants.

This will be followed the Tuscan Dinner Experience at 8pm, a five-course Tuscan-inspired menu designed by Artemis Grill’s executive chef Fernando Arevalo that will be paired with champagne and the finest Italian wine exclusively selected by Sarment’s sommelier team. Guests will have the opportunity to taste some never-seen-before dishes at Artemis, such as the Potato Gnocchi, Mushroom, Rabbit Ragú and the Whole Roasted Shortloin Wagyu, Grilled Heirloom Carrots.
