Little Farms x Knappstein wine dinner

Premium grocer Little Farms at Tanglin Mall will be hosting a wine dinner on Saturday 25 March 2023 featuring the wines of Clare Valley, South Australia-based Knappstein Enterprise Winery.

This Little Farms x Knappstein wine dinner will see Little Farms’ Chef Ray Yeow, Head Chef of Little Farms Table, Tanglin Mall prepare tantalising five-course meal where each course will be paired with wines from the winery. Tania Matz, Cellar Door Manager and General Manager Eric Ma of Knappstein Enterprise Winery, will be on hand to regale patrons about history and craftsmanship behind the winery, as well as sharing about the art of pairing wines with food.

Patrons will get to try the Knappstein Ackland Vineyard Watervale Riesling 2021 with their course of Grilled Snow & Green Peas, for example, or match their dry-aged O’Connor Sirloin with the Knappstein Clare Valley ‘The Mayor’s Vineyard’ Shiraz 2019.

This five-course Little Farms x Knappstein dinner with wine pairing costs S$128++ per person and takes place 6-9pm on Saturday 25 March 2023. The full menu is given below.
