Award-winning restaurant bar Tippling Club will be hosting a kitchen takeover on Wednesday 3 July 2019 by Chef Maurizio Bombini, chef-owner of MAURI Restaurant from Bali, Indonesia.
After four successful years heading Il Ristorante at Bulgari Resort Bali and another four overlooking the award-winning dining venues at the Ritz Carlton Reserve Mandapa in Ubud, Chef Maurizio decided it was time to fully express his own culinary style by striking out on his own with MAURI. Inspired by his origins close to his heart, the Puglia native set up MAURI to offer a contemporary Italian dining experience with a touch of tradition to offer a conscious cuisine that respects the ingredients seasonality and its origins. As much as it can, MAURI uses homegrown ingredients from its hydroponic garden on the rooftop and by selecting the highest quality of local products in collaboration with Balinese farmers.
Chef Maurizio will carry this culinary philosophy to Tippling Club for this one-night only dinner. This exclusive gastronomic experience caters to only 36 diners per seating across one evening, and will feature a thoughtfully created and truly innovative six-course dinner menu with drinks pairing.
