A Night with Australian Whisky

Whisky bar The Wall will be collaborating with Australian spirits distributor Spirit & Penance for a whisky tasting session on Wednesday 11 April 2018 from 7pm to 9pm featuring whiskies from Australia.
The Australian whisky industry has grown from strength to strength since Bill Lark started Australia’s first craft distillery in 1992; today there are over one hundred distilleries in Australia producing a variety of spirits. Limeburners, from the Great Southern region in Western Australia, for example makes a range of award-winning whiskies ranging from sherried to peated expressions.
For this whisky tasting, participants will get to taste the following whiskies:
- Limeburners Single Malt Sherry Cask
- Timboon Distillery Bourbon Cask (Singapore Exclusive)
- Tiger Snake Rye of the Tiger
- Limeburners Peated Expression
