In collaboration with The Italian Wine List, the Tok Panjang Peranakan will be hosting a wine dinner on Monday 11 September 2017 at 7.30pm featuring wines from Casa Vinicola Sartori di Verona.
Sartori di Verona is a leading name in fine wines from northeast Italy’s Veneto region, and fourth generation winemaker Andrea Sartori will be presenting the wines – ranging from Valpolicella Classico to an Amarone della Valpolicella Classico – that will go with The House of Peranakan’s “tok panjang” family-style dining of traditional Nonya favourites.
