Rooftop bar and restaurant Me@OUE will be hosting a one-night only Champagne dinner on Wednesday 31 January 2018 from 6pm in partnership with Champagne house Perrier-Jouët.
For the first time, the Japanese, French and Chinese restaurant will work with the 206-year old Champagne maison to create an exclusive seven-course menu that will be paired with some of Perrier-Jouët’s rarer vintages from the house’s private collection. Me@OUE executive chef Sam Chin will present dishes combines seasonal flavours from each of the restaurant’s Japanese, French and Chinese kitchens, while Perrier Jouët brand ambassador Marie Deloffre will be on hand to take diners through the key characteristics of each of the champagnes poured on the night.
