[ProWine Asia] Penderyn – Ex-Madeira Cask Finish Maturation And Other Creative Uses Of Wood

Part of ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018, Penderyn global brand ambassador Michael Wheeler will be presenting a session on “Ex-Madeira Cask Finish Maturation And Other Creative Uses Of Wood” on Tuesday 24 April 2018 from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at ProWine Asia that will explore the technique of cask finishing for whisky.

Penderyn Single Malt Welsh Whisky is not only unique for its distillation technology but also for the varied use of maturation casks formerly employed for the making of fortified wines. Michael Wheeler will guide participants in discovering the art of wood management used to create a range of exciting and surprisingly diverse Penderyn single malts.
