Restaurant JAG will be hosting Julien Royer of three Michelin-starred Odette for an exclusive one-night-only Salon Champagne pairing dinner on Monday 29 November 2021.
To kick off its inaugural Les Copains d’abord series of dinner events featuring guest chefs, one Michelin-starred Restaurant JAG will be hosting Chef Julien Royer of multiple award-winning Odette for an exclusive one-night only Champagne dinner on Monday 31 May 2021.
That evening Chef Julian Royer of French fine-dining omakase establishment Odette will work alongside Restaurant JAG’s Chef Jeremy Gillon, with each chef producing three dishes for just 12 dinner patrons. And Champagne lovers may want to take note – each of the six dishes will be paired with cuvees from the House of Salon, including the the grand unveiling of its 2008 vintage, of which only 8,000 magnums were ever bottled in its cellars in Le Mesnil-su-Oger.
