Japanese izakaya and sake bar ShuKuu Izakaya 酒空居酒屋 will be celebrating World Sake Day with Sake’s Sake 2017, an event on Sunday 1 October 2017 from 2pm to 9pm celebrating all things sake.
Expect to taste a bounty of Japan’s most legendary sakes as guided by Shukuu’s four fully certified in-house sake sommeliers, who will lead event goers through an intimate journey, exploring the craftsmanship and traditions behind Japan’s national alcoholic beverage. There will be total of 24 specially curated sakes available for tasting.
Tickets are $48 per person (early bird special is $48); each ticket entitles you 10 tokens that can be exchanged for tasting glasses of sake or food. A special Collector’s 2017 Package is also available for serious aficionados at $63, which also gives a further entitlement of an exclusive badge pin, cup and wristband.
