Sawaya Matsumoto sake dinner at Bōruto

Japanese tapas and sake bar Bōruto will be hosting Hidehiko Matsumoto, the tōji (master brewer) of Sawaya Matsumoto for a sake pairing dinner on Tuesday 10 May at 7.30pm.
The six-course meal, prepared by talented chef Angus Chow, will be accompanied and paired with five different sakes, two of which have been specially brought along by the master brewer for this pairing dinner.
