Hone your fundamental skills of bartending in this up-close and personal workshop with Cé La Vi’s Regional Head Mixologist, Knut Randhem. Master four basic techniques and use each one to concoct a different cocktail: Barcelona G&T (build), Negroni (stir), Penicillin (shake) and Cumquats and Gingerinha (muddle). Max 20 pax per session.
