Come pick the brains of Luke Whearty and Aki Nishikura, the creative forces behind one of the world’s most progressive bar programmes in Operation Dagger.
Giving new life to used ingredients – a succinct description of the idea behind Potential Wasteland. Ever thought about what you can do with discard rinds, egg yolks, flat champagne, and mint stalks?
Through seven cocktail and snack pairings, Luke and Aki will take you on an interactive hands-on exploration of all things fermented, distilled, shaken and stirred.
It’s for passionate bartenders looking to further their skill set, as well as home drinks enthusiasts looking to learn a bit more about the cocktail craft.
Attendees will each get a take home pack comprising ingredients and recipes for some of Operation Daggers signature serves. Max 25 pax
