Speciality Food & Drinks Asia 2023 will feature over 200 exhibitors and brands, a stellar speaker lineup, as well as a slate of product launches, celebrity chef demonstrations, highly anticipated competitions, and more.

Specialty Food & Drinks Asia returns for its fifth edition this year. Held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 26 to 28 September 2023, this specialty trade event organised by Montgomery Asia is expected to bring together trade professionals from the entire F&B industry as it hosts over 200 food- and drinks-focused exhibitors and brands from across the world.

Trade visitors can expect to discover new and innovative products and services at the many showcases on the show ground, while exploring various business opportunities in the F&B industry. Among the stellar lineup of exhibitors participating this year include Limwood Gourmet, Irish Duck Company, Jeonbuk Institute for Food-Bioindustry, Unox, Isle Grocer & Co, LAP Spirits, and Allpress Espresso, among many others.

On top of a Singapore Pavilion showcasing some of the finest local products and suppliers, this year’s edition will also feature international exhibitors from 15 other countries including Belgium, China, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Vietnam.

Happening on the Speciality Food & Drinks Asia 2023 show ground will also be Big Idea Food Competition, the first-ever ASEAN Butchery Competition, as well as the Singapore National Coffee Championship. There will also be a slate of masterclasses, panel discussions, and cooking demonstrations.
