The Cliff at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa will host ‘Essence of Australia’s South West’ on Saturday 23 September 2023, a showcase event featuring the best of food and beverage, tourism and art that Western Australia’s South West has to offer.
Indulge in the best of what the South West region of Australia’s Western Australia with this event complete with speciality tastings, cooking demos, panel discussions and exclusive masterclasses. Expect a bevy of winemakers, brewers, distillers, producers and chefs to be present to guide guests through tastings.
