A Tale of Three Cities: Tess Bar & Kitchen x Dead Ringer

Part of “A Tale of Three Cities, an 8 Hands Restaurant Bar Exchange” as presented by Rémy Martin, Tess Bar & Kitchen will be hosting Dead Ringer from Sydney, Australia for an exclusive tipples and tapas pairing experience on Tuesday 10 April from 7pm to 11pm.
This will be an evening of modern European meets casual Australian as Chef Kenneth Oh and Diageo World Class Singapore 2016 champion bartender Boo Jing Heng from Tess Bar & Kitchen join hands with Dead Ringer’s Chef Jamie Irving and Australia’s most-awarded bartender Tim Philips (pictured) – also co-owner of World’s 50 Best Bars-listed Bulletin Place) to bring a specially curated menu that champions the teams’ shared passion for produce-forward cuisine and mixology. This exclusive gastronomic affair invites guests to explore and discover the intricacies and versatility of Rémy Martin Cognac Fine Champagne through exceptional cocktails and cognac-infused dishes.
Cocktails from the specially curated menus on both nights will be priced at $15++ and small plates will be priced from $14++ to $24++.
