The Art of Sake and Nikkei Pairing at FLNT at 1-Atico

FLNT at 1-Atico will be hosting a sake and pairing dinner on Wednesday 1 September 2021 as part of this year’s Wine Lust.

Singapore’s only Peruvian sumiyaki bar and grill FLNT at 1-Atico will be marrying its Nikkei-influenced cuisine with a range of sakes in an exclusive sake pairing dinner as part of 1-Group’s annual wine extravaganza Wine Lust this year.

This five-course sake and Nikkei pairing at FLNT at 1-Atico will feature the following sakes:

• Bijoufu Junmai Daiginjo Hina
• Atagonomatsu Junmai Ginjo Sasara
• Yukinobousha Junmai Ginjo
• Gazanryuu Daiginjo Kisaragi
• Yatagarasu Shiso Umeshu

These sakes will be paired with the Peruvian-Japanese fare FLNT is known for. Dishes include Ceviche de Pulpo, Gindara Grilled Miso Cod, and Warm Sushi. The full menu and drinks pairing is available here.
