The Malt Affair is back again and is bigger than ever.
Aside from the usual list of stellar exhibitors from the likes of The Swan Song, Simply Whisky and The Single Cask, Volume 4 welcomes a host of new entrants including La Maison du Whisky and Rémy Cointreau.
Some highlights include Port Ellen bottlings by Douglas Murdoch, Gordon & Macphail (G&M), Cadenhead, Douglas Laing and a distillery release under the Rare Malts Selection. Highlights from Simply Whisky include a 1972 Bowmore bottled for The Prestonfield House hotel, a 1968 single cask Bunnahabhain by Malts Of Scotland and a distillery bottling 1972 Benromach.
The Swan Song will be bringing along among other things, Ardbeg 1974 Provenance, first release for UK/EU; Ardbeg 1974 Signatory Vintage (SV) bottled for the US; the Bruichladdich 1969 G&M for Intertrade; Mortlach 1957 Cadenhead; Longmorn 1973 SV.
Fans of Bruichladdich can expect to find a range of Port Charlottes, Octomores, the latest Black Art 6.1 as well as some rare casks from the 80s.
