It was bound to happen. Ever since Tippling Club started its Once Upon A Time series of themed parties its gone all round the world – Banffshire in Scotland, Épernay in France, and even Cuba. And for the coming edition, it’s come full circle and has returned to Singapore. Once Upon A Time In Singapore on Thursday 18 May 2017 at 7pm featuring a slew of some of the best Singapore-based bartenders who will guest shift for the event.
Tippling Club head bartender Joe Schofield will tee things off with a round of sonic-aged Negronis – first unveiled when it launched its now-signature Sensorium menu – while the kitchen rolls out a succession of small plates throughout the evening at its private Bin 38 space. Then he’ll pass the baton over to Aki Eguchi of Gibson, Juan Yijun of Operation Dagger, 28 HongKong Street’s Joma Rivera, Employees Only Singapore’s Bai Jiawei and Manhattan’s Philip Bischoff.
