Wine Discovery Weekend 2022 Walkabout Tasting

Wine distributor Ewineasia.com will again be organising hosting its annual wine festival, Wine Discovery Weekend! As with previous years, Wine Discovery Weekend 2022 will be anchored by its special wine discovery walkabout tasting event, which will be held on Sunday 3 July 2022 from 11am to 5pm at the Garden Suite in Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

This flagship Wine Discovery Weekend event will feature over 110 wines from more than 30 wineries from all over the world available for Singapore’s wine community to gather and taste. Wineries include familiar old world marques such as Champagne Boizel (Champagne, France), Dourthe (Bordeaux, France), Nino Franco (Veneto, Italy), Lis Neris (Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy), Celler Pinol (Batea, Spain) and Gramona (Penedes, Spain), but also those of uncommon wine regions such as Recanati (Upper Galilee, Israel) and Domaine de Bargylus (Latakia, Syria).

The tasting will take place across Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s Harbour View Suites and Garden Suites, and visitors can expect an exciting and rewarding wine experience set against the Singapore harbour and city skyline.

The walkabout tasting also includes four complimentary masterclasses that attendees can join for free. The masterclasses are:

• 11.00am – 12.00pm: “Sparkling Wine Exploration”
• 12.30pm – 1:30pm: “A Voyage To Spain & Portugal: Unique Varietals”
• 2.15pm – 3:15pm: “The French Discovery: Champagne Boizel and La Ferme du Mont”
• 4:00pm – 5.00pm: “Big & Bold: Prestigious Growers Making The Boldest Reds”

Tickets for the Wine Discovery Weekend 2022 Walkabout Tasting are S$55 per person (available for purchase here), while tickets for masterclasses are available at S$50 each or packaged with a walkabout ticket from S$75.
