[Wine Lust] A Chilean wine & Italian food pairing

As part of this year’s Wine Lust Journeys series of events, Italian restaurant Burlamacco will be hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday 15 August 2018 at 7pm featuring the wines of PengWine.

PengWine is a premium boutique Chilean wine brand founded in 2004 by Chris Milliken in partnership with Max Eyzaguirre. Chris’s chef background helps shape PengWine’s portfolio of Chilean wines to be exceedingly food-friendly, and participants in this wine dinner will get to taste of range of his wines with Burlamacco’s traditional Italian dishes.
