Woodstock Vintage Wine Dinner with Simon Spier

The Straits Wine Company will be hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday 8 June 2017, 7pm at Monti that will feature the vintage wines of Australia’s Woodstock Wines.

Based in McLaren Vale in South Australia, family-owned Woodstock Wine Estate owns some of the oldest vineyards in the region and planting varietals such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Riesling, Chardonnay, Semillon and Montepulciano.

For this wine dinner, Woodstock Wine Estate general manager Simon Spier will be on hand to guide the wine flights during the meal. Interestingly each course will see a vintage Woodstock wine pitted against a newer vintage.
