Come 27 August, the Whisky Vault will be holding a tasting event at B28 to showcase a selection of whiskies from Ian Macleod Distillers. Independent, and family-owned, the company is the proud brand proprietor of Glengoyne, Tamdhu and Smokehead Scotch whiskies.
If you find the names worryingly obscure, fret not. These are fine whiskies, just not as readily available as say, a Glenfiddich. If you’ve yet to try a Glengoyne or a Tamdhu, this is as good an opportunity as any to see if they’re right up your alley.
