Bar chain Harry’s is launching a loyalty program via a mobile application that will see users enjoy a host of benefits without the need for a physical membership card.
Available on Google Play and Apple’s App Store, the free app makes it easy for users to chalk up benefits – once users downloads the app and registers as a member, they can immediately earn a 15 percent rebate on the amount they spend at Harry’s. These rebate dollars are then stored on the card and can be used on subsequent visits at any of Harry’s outlets.
With 20 outlets across the island located in the business district, suburban areas and at the airport, Harry’s is Singapore’s largest and best-known premium dining and bar establishment offering a wide range of high quality beverages and food for locals and tourists alike. The Harry’s chain is owned by F&B Asia, which also owns and manages all F&B establishments under Harry’s International including Pind Balluchi Bar & Grill.
The same stored value feature also allows Harry’s members to make cashless payments; simply pay for a beer by flashing the virtual membership card in the app on the staff’s mobile payment terminals.
Membership is free and includes welcome privileges worth more than $30 such as 1-for-1 promotions on bar bites, a gift of $100 worth of Harry’s vouchers during their birthday month. Members will also be first to get first-hand information on exclusive promotions and sneak peeks into upcoming events.
Another useful feature – the ability to find the nearest Harry’s outlets to take advantage of those promotions.
