Opened in 2021, the eight outlet of the Da Paolo Group’s little sprawling Latin gastronomic empire – following its sprawling flagship in Dempsey – combines all-day menus for dining in, a retail section swelling with all manner of produce from across Italy, and everything in between.
Have a hankering for hand-stretched, freshly stone-baked Roman thin crust pizzas? There’s the classic Rucola e Crudo (Parma ham and arugula), or the drippy Quattro Formaggi (four cheeses) to sate your need for pie. Prefer some handmade pasta instead? Comforting options range from Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and Linguine Aglio Olio Calabrese for something more traditional, otherwise the Spicy Lobster Spaghetti and Spaghetti alle Vongole can be a gastronomic reminder of Italy’s surging coastlines and the bounty that hails from its seas.
