Shangri-La Singapore’s Festival of Wines 2022 runs from 22 September to 1 October 2022 and will see a stellar lineup of wine-drenched dining events.
After a successful inaugural edition last year, Shangri-La Singapore will be bringing back its mini wine extravaganza Festival of Wines. Festival of Wines 2022 will take place over 10 days, running from 22 September to 1 October this year.
The inaugural edition last year saw Shangri-La Singapore’s award-winning sommelier Britt Ng put together a series of tasting events and wine dinners showcasing a stellar list of over 50 wines and champagnes. The upcoming edition will follow the same successful format and will spotlight more than 100 wines this time, spread across a slew of indulgent wine lunches and dinners at its various dining establishments.
Headlining Festival of Wines 2022 is a special six-hands wine dinner at Origin Grill, featuring a collaboration with Dan Lee, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2021. “This menu is inspired by my journey as a chef, taking elements I’ve learnt throughout my career, focusing heavily on my time in Singapore as well as my time on MasterChef: The Professionals,” said Chef Dan Lee.

- Dim Sum and Artisanal Champagne Lunch at Shang Palace – 24 September 2022
- Six-Hands Wine Dinner at Origin Grill – 24 September 2022
- Iconic Bordeaux Wine Dinner at Shang Palace – 28 September 2022
- Piedmont Wine Dinner at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano – 29 September 2022
- Tuscan Wine Lunch at Origin Grill – 1 October 2022
Aside from these dining events, Shangri-La Singapore’s Lobby Lounge will be offering ‘A Selection of Fortified Wines’ – a curated list of ports, sherries and vermouth – to pair with its heritage eats for the duration of the festival. On 23 September 2022, Origin Bar will also host cult natural wine bar WINE RVLT for a one-night only exploration of over 25 natural wines.
