Citadines Raffles Place Singapore officially opened up this October at CapitaSpring in Singapore’s Central Business District offering a suite of lifestyle serviced apartment options.

There’s a new serviced apartment in town.

Citadines Raffles Place Singapore, The Ascott Limited’s latest flagship property, opened up this October in the heart of Singapore’s dynamic financial district offering travellers the comfort of a serviced residence but with the flexibility of a hotel. Comprising 299 units across eight floors in CapitaSpring, the property – conveniently located just a two-minute walk to Raffles Place MRT station and just five minutes to the nightlife and entertainment cluster at Boat Quay – offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units as well as loft apartments, that cater to long-stay guests and business travellers.

Each of the rooms have been thoughtfully and artfully designed by renowned design firm Takenouchi Webb, featuring convertible modular features that allow them to be transformed to suit different work and lifestyle needs.

It’s the same for property spaces as well.

The shared workspace in the lobby is fitted with varying seating arrangements including lounges, barstools at high tables and communal tables to suit different working styles, while the social kitchen can be used to prepare meals or host a private meeting. Its private dining space can also double up for business meetings or intimate dining events. For those who like alfresco soirees? There’s an outdoor barbecue garden!

Fitness enthusiasts will love the outdoor fitness park on level 9 – it comes complete with a swimming pool, a 400-metre running track, and an indoor gymnasium.

“We have seen a growing demand for serviced apartments as the accommodation model evolves to meet the needs of both the extended and short stay guests. Guests are increasingly seeking more than just a space, but instead, looking for experiences that would play to their lifestyles for balanced living,” said Wong Kar Ling, Ascott’s Managing Director, Southeast Asia and Head of Strategy and Global Operations. “With the recent unveil of our refreshed Citadines brand, this could not have come at a better time for us to increase our footprint in the key gateway city of Singapore.”

“Citadines Raffles Place Singapore is part of a trio of openings in Singapore this year, with Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore slated to open by the end of 2022,” added Wong.
