Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore will be collaborating with Crafted by Peter Zweiner for an exclusive weekend outdoor barbecue pop-up.
Weekends at Singapore’s Central Business District can be a very docile affair, but things are quickly changing. From sake festivals and four-hands dinners to guest bartender shifts and pop-up marketplaces, special weekend activities are bringing life to Singapore’s commercial heart. One of the latest to be announced? A special weekend outdoor barbecue at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore.
The luxury serviced residence – located within OUE Downtown in the heart of Singapore’s commercial district – will be hosting Crafted by Peter Zweiner at its expansive rooftop deck for a fun poolside barbie. For two day only on Saturday 1 April and Sunday 2 April 2023, casual burger bar will be introducing some of their most popular New York-inspired favourites at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore.
Guests can expect a special brunch menu offering a choice between the delectable Classic Burger with its 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Beef, the unctuous Hensome Hog that comes with a Hokkaido pork patty and bacon, the chicken-based burger that The Forbidden, or the Corn Fed Chicken Leg, a beautifully sous-vide specimen of a chickn thigh bursting with flavour (all mains are priced at $40++). Each option comes with a selection of sides including buffalo wings, grilled prawns and grilled seasonal vegetables.
Wash that down with craft cocktails such as the Bourbon Firefly, a take on the Old Fashioned with Maker’s Mark and Chivas 12 as its spirit base, or the refreshing Mane Character, a Gin Sour made with Brass Lion Singapore Gin.
Save some space for dessert, for Crafted’s much-loved milkshakes will also be on offer. Opt between the Million Dollar Smile – made with Biscoff biscuits and caramel – or the Mad about Mentha with its old-school mint and chocolate combo.
