Wine Lust 2023 returns this August with an entire suite of wine-related events across 15 venues, including the weekend wine bus adventure series The Grape Escape.
1-Group’s signature annual month-long food and wine festival, Wine Lust, returns this year for its seventh edition. Taking place from 15 August to 10 September 2023, the fiesta features an entire lineup of wine-drenched festivities comprising wine tasting events, masterclasses, special dining promotions, and even an exclusive wine dinner to excite even the most jaded of wine aficionados.
Wine Lust has been growing from strength to strength each year as 1-Group – one of Singapore’s leading independent lifestyle F&B groups – continues to add new dining concepts to its burgeoning portfolio. The recent addition of lifestyle dining destination 1-Arden in CapitaSpring – with modern Kappo eatery Oumi, contemporary Australian restaurant Kaarla, and Latin-European bistro Sol & Luna – as well as Mediterranean bistro Sol & Ora in 1-Altitude Coast on Sentosa mean that there will be a total of 15 1-Group venues across Singapore participating in Wine Lust 2023 this year.
One of the most exciting additions for Wine Lust 2023 is the introduction of The Grape Escape. This is a series of wine bus adventures that will offer revellers the unique opportunity to sip, savour and sightsee along the way as they travel to different venues across Singapore. One of these wine bus adventures, for example, takes you to Botanico at The Garage for a wine fair, travel to Sol & Ora at 1-Altitude Coast for a wine and charcuterie tasting, and then off to a sake pairing dinner in Oumi at 1-Arden.
Another must for wine lovers? An exclusive seven-course wine dinner at 1-Atico featuring the ‘Jewels of the New World’ range from Chile-based wine conglomerate Concha y Toro, offering a selection of fine wines from Chile, Argentina and California matched with dishes meticulously curated by the chefs from FIRE.
