Located in the village of Appechio in Italy’s Marche region – far better known for making wines and shoes than beer – is Collesi, a brewery and distillery that uses only the finest raw ingredients to make its range of beers and at the same time ensuring that its practices are as environmentally friendly as possible. For this beer dinner, brewery representative and brand ambassador Andrea Vasintoni will be on hand to explain the different beers the brewery makes that will be paired with the authentic Sicilian dishes from Gattopardo.
