Dark Spirits Brunch: Manhattan x Botanist Bar

As part of 50 Best Signature Sessions – a series of live events taking place in some of Singapore’s best bars happening around World’s 50 Best Bars 2023 – Manhattan at Conrad Singapore Orchard will be partnering with Vancouver’s Botanist Bar to present a special edition of Manhattan’s famous Sunday Cocktail Brunch on Sunday 15 October 2023.

On that day Manhattan and Botanist Bar – both preceding recipients of the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award as part of Asia’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s 50 Best Bars, respectively – will curate The Dark Spirits Brunch. Embodying the vibrant brunch culture of New York City, this is a luxurious buffet complemented by a carefully curated selection of free-flowing cocktails in partnership with Matusalem, Torres, Remy Martin and Perrier.

Botanist Bar, distinguished for its fusion of science and nature, will craft a cocktail selection curated by their Creative Beverage Director, Grant Sceney, known for his innovative mixology. The Manhattan team will create custom Bloody Marys, boozy milkshakes, and highballs at their iconic cocktail trolleys. The culinary offerings include a gourmet delicatessen counter, freshly shucked oysters, succulent seafood, and a variety of desserts.
