One of the Sands Signature Series during Epicurean Market at Marina Bay Sands, this Mortlach whisky masterclass on Sunday 14 August 2016 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm takes participants through a vertical tasting of Mortlach Rare Old, 18 year-old, and the rare 25 year-old.
Whisky expert and former Australia master chef contestant Sean Baxter (pictured below) will be on hand to guide the tastings. Baxter has been working with Scotch whisky for over 15 years both across the bar and as a professional trainer. He has journeyed across Scotland from the lowlands to the highlands, sampling whisky and learning his craft from some of the most experienced hands in the business. Sean currently works as the National Brand Ambassador for Johnnie Walker Whisky and the Classic Malts in Australia.
