Food Japan, ASEAN’s largest dedicated showcase of Japanese products and services for the F&B industry, will be back this year as a fully virtual event; Food Japan 2021 to showcase over 20 beers, sakes, and spirits.
Food Japan is an annual F&B trade event that bridges Japan and ASEAN by providing business collaboration opportunities and knowledge exchange of Japanese ingredients, quality seasonal produce, unique prefecture specialties, as well as innovative technology and machinery.
This year, connect virtually with over 900 companies from 47 countries and regions at Food Japan 2021. Trade guests can look forward to exploring a wide variety of signature Japanese F&B products, alcoholic beverages, as well as innovative and new-to-market brands online.
Popular product categories include: agricultural products, agro-innovation, alcoholic drinks, confectionery, dessert & snacks, food manufacturing, Japanese tea, kitchen instruments & cookware, processed food, and seafood. Interesting new alcoholic products showcased this year include awamori such as Ikehara Shirayuri INUI44 and Ishikawa Gyokuyu, Kumano Whisky, Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Beer, and more.
Exhibitors include Toyama Prefecture and Yokohama Foreign Trade Association, among many others. There will be meeting days from 20 – 22 October 2021 to connect trade visitors with exhibitors.
