[Gin Jubilee] Gin & botanical pairing workshop at CIN CIN

As part of East Imperial Gin Jubilee 2018, Oasia Hotel Downtown gin bar CIN CIN will be hosting a special one-night only gin pairing masterclass on Thursday 6 December 2018 from 7pm to 8pm.

Drinksfellas portfolio manager and bartender Stuart Danker will guide participants in discovering the history of gin and as well as showcase how different botanicals affect gin profiles. Explore the full flavour spectrum that gin has to offer by tasting gin with different botanicals.

Each guest will get to experience CIN CIN’s Gin Jubilee cocktail, Mr. Fox, a specially curated serve inspired by CIN CIN’s fox logo and the history of Bulldog Gin. Also, they get to enjoy a choice of bar snack from a menu selection including Truffle Fries, Calamari and Pull Pork Sliders.
