Pahit and Coley’s CK Kho at Cin Cin

Gin bar Cin Cin will be hosting CK Kho, owner-bartender of award-winning bars Pahit and Coley in Kuala Lumpur, for a guest bartending shift on 25 July 2018 from 7pm to 11pm as part of a bartender exchange programme.

The bartender exchange earlier saw Cin Cin head bartender Fadly Subjeto travel to Kuala Lumpur where he worked the sticks at Pahit back in April; this time CK Kho will return the favour by manning the bar at Cin Cin where he will stirring up two exclusive cocktails using Bulldog Gin. The Nutjob is a roasted and nutty affair that will combine Bulldog Gin, Rinomato and sweet Mancino red vermouth, while Paradise Lost is a more refershing tropical offering with Bulldog gin, strawberry and ginger shrub that’s topped with a splash of sparkling wine.

For those not too familiar, Kho’s Coley ranked number 46 on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars this year while Pahit is a gin-focused bar that’s already become a favourite in Kuala Lumpur’s scene so you can be rest assured that Kho’s two gin-based cocktails for the guest shift at Cin Cin are going to be quite something.
