Poggio Antico wine dinner at VUE Singapore

Rooftop restaurant and lounge VUE Singapore will be hosting an exclusive Poggio Antico wine dinner on Monday 19 October 2020 at 7pm.
For one night only, contemporary grill house VUE Singapore at OUE Bayfront will be hosting a special wine dinner featuring the wines of Tuscany’s Poggio Antico. Poggio Antico is best known for producing some of the best Brunello di Montalcino – one of the most iconic and beloved Sangiovese-based Tuscan wines – to come out of Tuscany.
Poggio Antico wines featured at this dinner are:
- 2018 Poggio Antico Rosso di Montalcino
- 2009 Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino
- 2012 Poggio Antico Brunello de Montalcino “Altero”
These wines will be paired with the binchotan-grilled specialties of VUE by Head Chef Sam Chin. One of VUE’s signatures, the “Kokuou” Emperor A5 Black Wagyu Sirloin from Kumamoto, will be the star course of this dinner that’s paired with the 2012 Poggio Antico Brunello de Montalcino “Altero”.
