World Gourmet Summit – Evolution of a different brew

As part of the 20th World Gourmet Summit, urban gastrobar and microbrewery LeVeL33 has partnered British premium tea brand Newby Teas to create a unique tea-infused five course menu on 22 April that integrates the delicate flavours of different kinds of teas into a menu rather unrecognisable from its usual gastropub style offerings.

The tea-inspired five course meal comes paired with various LeveL33 craft beers, as well as the 33.21 Roobois Ale specially concocted for this occasion by head brewer Gabriel Garcia.
