Monti at 1-Pavilion has launched a truffle menu for the month of July in collaboration with Chef Christopher Millar of sister restaurant Stellar at 1-Altitude and Chef Francisco Javier Araya from fine dining Shanghai restaurant NAPA wine bar and kitchen that will feature the wines of Italy’s Frescobaldi and Marchesi di Barolo through Cellarmaster Wines.

This limited time, six-course truffle dinner, which includes dishes such as the secundo of fresh carabinero to a slow cooked wagyu beef short rib, will be paired with the wines of Tuscany’s Frescobaldi wines – ranging from a Chianti to a Vin Santo – as well as those of Piedmont’s Marchesi di Barolo.

The Monti truffle dinner menu costs $180++ per person including wine pairings, and is available for the month of July 2017.
